April 19, 2016 (Acts 11:18-26)

According to The Acts of the Apostles, Christianity spread in 3 stages: Philip preached the Gospel to the Samaritans (“half Jews”); Peter baptized Cornelius’ household (gentiles); then, Christians in Antioch reached out to the gentiles in that city. So, it was in Antioch that the followers of Jesus were first called “Christians.” “Religion is not a way of looking at certain things. It’s a certain way of looking at everything.” Robert E. Segal
